What are you doing to stay mentally healthy in this stressful time? We all need to make sure we're not overburdened, and that's OK. When you're overwhelmed with life's little dramas, it's hard to focus and remain motivated about your goals. You might find yourself becoming depressed. Stress can also change your sleep patterns and affect your mood. If you're finding yourself lacking in both areas of your life and feel like you just can't cope, then what are you doing to stay mentally healthy?

The first thing is to determine why you're feeling the way you do. Is it because you're avoiding certain responsibilities or you're not getting enough sleep?
