Eggs are another good choice; just make sure you choose the healthiest eggs you can find - no yolks, no yoke, and no shellfish. Fish is also a good choice because it will help you lower your stress levels.

- Healthy snacks. The best snacks are those that don't add too much salt and sugar to them and that are easy to digest. Your body needs a certain amount of salt and sugar each day in order to function properly, so try to limit your salt intake as well as your sugar and calorie intake. Another snack that's good for reducing stress is dried fruit, including raisins, prunes, and dried apricots. They're also a good way to settle your stomach if you're feeling stressed out.
